When you start the master cleanse, you get a white coating over your tongue and when that coating is gone and your tongue is pink again, you are fully cleansed. I'm ready for a pink tongue.I have two full days of the cleanse under my belt now. I must admit that there have been some moments were I felt I could not keep going. But with encouragment from Joel and other friends I was able to get past my weak moments. Today is day 3 and so far I'm feeling good. I have lost 5 pounds so far and have so much energy. I really wanted to take a nap yesterday after church but couldn't because of all the energy I had. I was kinda bummed, but happy to feel so good. Physically, my body feels great but it is a mental battle every day. Today should be good because I have a hair appointment and doctor's appt so hopefully my mind will be occupied with those. Jenny and Kyle decided last night, they want to go on the master cleanse as well. So we headed to the store to buy the ingredients and today will be their first day. I know they can do!!
