Diet Update

My diet is going pretty well. I have lost 2 lbs in one week which is a reassonable amount of weight to lose in that span of time. Jenny C. gave me a great little tip so I am know breaking my 20 lbs goal into smaller goals and rewarding my self when I reach that goal. After I lose 5 lbs I will get a new book, 10 lbs a pedicure, 15lbs a new shirt, and when I reach my 20 lbs goal I will go get a nice massage at Massage Envy(my favorite place).

I also made a weight loss visual in my room. I have 20 post-its up representing 1 lb each. When I lose a pound I remove one of the post-its and then I can have a picture of how much I have to lose. I am a visual person so hopefully this will help me.

This is my plan, I am shooting for 1200 calories a day, but I will allow myself to eat up to 1500 if need be. I am also doing a workout called P90X. Joel and I have done one week of it so far and I am definitely feeling it in my body. I have been sore since we started. Yesterday and today Joel and I haven't done it because we gave blood and they said not to do strenuous exercise for a few days so that hass kind of thrown us off track, but hopefully wee will be back on track tomorrow. I will cheer you on the whole way!!! Way to go on those 2 pounds!!!! WHOOOOOOO HOOOO! AND...I get to see you at 5:30pm!!! (even though I have to skip on the pizza)

Awesome! Congrats on the 2 lbs!! :) I am excited about my first weigh-in next Tuesday! We just did the Plyometrics workout and I am so sore today in my legs!! But, I've been able to finish all of the workouts, which has been quite the accomplishment! Yay for our healthier lifestyles!Looking forward to tonight!! :)
